What is Connections?
Connections is one account for everything you run. Your contacts and what you know about each of them, the events you host or attend, notes on the people you meet, transcripts of your calls, the emails you send and the packages you ship. If you run something, it is the account behind it.
Who is Connections for?
People who run something: a firm, a practice, a shop, a community, a side business. If you keep other people's details, book things with them and chase the work afterwards, this is the account behind it. If you do not run anything, you probably will not need it.
What does it cost for a whole team?
A paid plan is a flat monthly price for the account, never a per-seat meter, so a team of twenty-five costs the same as a team of two. Sharing the account with other people starts at the Business plan; the plans page lists what each one includes.
Is Connections free?
Yes, it is free to start. You do not need a card to create an account, and the base workspace is not metered. Paid Pass plans are there if you want higher limits.
Do I need a password to sign in?
No. A one-time code sent to your email is the default way in, so there is no password to invent or forget. You can set one later if you would rather sign in that way.
Can I get my contacts out again?
Yes, whenever you want, and it costs nothing. Export your contacts as CSV or vCard, and the full-history export also brings the notes, the touches and the relationships you recorded on each person, so nothing you typed is locked in here.
What can I do in the Connections workspace?
Keep your contacts and the notes on them, run a calendar and book time, host an event and check people in, take payment, transcribe a call, send email, buy a shipping label and follow up on all of it. Each of those normally means signing up for something else.
Is my session secure?
Yes. Every session is protected by secure sign-in with email verification.
Will my page show up when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini?
That is what the public pages are built for. Every public page renders on the server with schema.org structured data, so an answer engine reads it on the first request. We allow the answer and search crawlers from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Perplexity, DuckDuckGo and Apple, and we publish an llms.txt index on every surface. We block the training-only crawlers, which does not affect whether you get cited.
